Hi team supercustom 😊

So, a friend of mine welded the area near passenger door bottom hinge and bumper. He cut some wires (relating to passenger window and lock) which I've repaired except for two wires (in their own harness, purple and another colour I think) that I cannot find a home for. And now my stereo doesn't work ☺
It is only an assumption that this must be sterero related, they could be elsewhere.

Think I have three options,
Keep looking for the missing wires
Find a diagram of where they should be and look
Or splice these two wires back to ground and power with use of a
multimeter

What's your opinion?

Pics?
I wouldn't go for option 3!
Why did he cut wires? There's usually plugs somewhere that can be unplugged.
Stereo not working is likely a blown fuse from a short when he made the cut.

Genius. Didn't think of that. I will go check thank you! He cut the wires perhaps due to just wanting to get on with it, not sure. I'll get pics if the fuse isn't the culprit!
