Please search for Klokkerholm, they offer welding panels. Might be out of stock, but try to get it, maybe outside the UK.

Am also in the market for some steel, but don't need doors and will likely be making up patch panels.
Ealier, I contacted these guys: https://www.carbodypanels4u.co.uk/toyota/hi-ace/toyota-hi-ace-van-1989-1996 and the company seemed well informed and helpful and had plenty of stock for the H100. Have a look for other models, too and contact them.
The best advice I can give is to buy an old car door (or anything) cut out a square and reweld it it back it. There's also tons on YT, with great advice on Eastwoods' site and also check out
