Anyone know about Toyota Dyna's?

Having disposed of our Hiace my housemate has been saving up to buy something she likes more.

There is a 1996 Toyota Dyna camper for sale here and it looks very nice from the photos however it has failed its WOF due to some rust so there's a potential for a bit of a price reduction provided repair isn't going to be too bad.
Does anyone here have knowledge of how bad the rust problems are in these vehicles and any other issues we should be on the lookout for if we go to have a look at this one?
Interestingly this vehicle has been registered as a Hiace but it clearly isn't so we'd need to have that corrected to make sure any insurance would be valid.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
