I have scanned copy of the owner's manual for 1990s hiace and repair manual for the same era plus a supplement for the 3L series engine. I'm always happy to send these out to forumites but it is a bit of a procedure as the manuals are too big for normal emails. Anyone got an idea of how we can make these available via the forum for anyone to download?

Hi, which models does your manual cover?

It covers the LH and RZH models (e.g. LH107, LH119, RZH101, etc.) It does not cover the KZH models with the 1KZ-TE engine.

Popping in here to an older thread. I'm interested in a '96 SC manual if anyone has a link. It's not a limited. Am I right in thinking I have the KZH106W? It has the 1KZ-TE 3.0 turbo diesel. I've seen 106W and 106G and am not sure the difference. Either way, if there is a digital manual to be had I'd be very grateful.

For those who have recently-ish added messages to this thread the Toyota Electronic Parts Catalogues are invaluable.

Don’t worry it says Regius Ace. Pick your model and options based on the build plate.

While the hiacesoutheast resources and fantastic I also like to look how the parts are arranged before (during or sometimes afterwards) tackling a job and these are great.

They link through to Amayama for purchasing and you can also filter for different models there. I find the EPC best for linking through to parts but filtering in Amayama best for working out other numbers to cross-reference with online sites like Autodoc as a lot of the original numbers have been superseded. Megazip is also great and there are others that folk here use.

Do bear in mind that some of the critical dimensions (go no-go) and torque values in the manuals on Hiacesoutheast might not be bob-on correct for your vehicle. I’ve certainly found this to be the case. For critical values, such as brake wear, you might just have to use your judgement or relay on values stamped on the parts you have. For example there are 28mm and 21mm front disk thicknesses in different manuals and differences in the manuals to stamped numbers for rear drums. Just be careful. For torque values I tend to check these against the table in the intro section that covers 6 to 16mm fasteners, but recognise that sometimes speciality bolts might be used. Again use your common!
