I was looking to a new headlight to replace a cracked one, and noticed that there were 2 part numbers

HEADLAMP ASSY, LH
Toyota (8115095J46)

and

UNIT ASSY, HEADLAMP, LH
Toyota (8117095J46)

It was difficult to make out on the diagram what the difference is (https://static.amayama.com/schemeparts/1563958879180_original.jpg)

I ordered the unit assy thinking that it would just be the headlight cover+frame. Is this correct?
