| Does anyone have extensive (or any) experience buying parts via any of the Japanese auction site Proxy services? Bonus points if you're in the US and can confirm they will ship to the states.
I'm looking at buying a couple of obscure parts and have been shopping on the Zenmarket.jp and Buyee.jp sites and was wondering if anyone here had recommendations on which ones are preferred, any "gotchas" that I need to look out for, etc. | |

| I've used https://www.amayama.com/en (I ordered up the windscreen wiper assembly here which arrived in 2 weeks to the UK).
I've also used https://www.megazip.net/ who seemed very knowledgeable.
I've used another one but can't remember their name or find the website in my emails, but that one you can order parts from Japan or the UAE, and they show the price difference. they normally come up when you search Toyota and the part number in google.
Hope that helps.
