Still on the topic of fuse boxes - last post i can find is 8 years ago - i've got one i think under the steering wheel close to the middle of the car but how on earth do you open it? It's a long black thing marked A. I can find no way to open it - hoping moon roof is not closing due to that rather than tearing roof apart.

There's a clip on it, you need to get close with your head + a torch.

I've posted a bit on the moonroof as mine was stuck shut.
I have been unable to find a wiring diagram for the roof and the motor is not trivial to access. I suspect the rear rood would use the same fuse though. There's a blue box with relays n stuff in the roof, the front roof lining needs to come out but it's tricky if you don't have the rear one out as that one is fitted on top with some decent clips. IIRC some people have extracted it without removing the lining but I could not.

Also if you need to get to the motor it's under that lining.
Check first that it's not just stuck and can be jiggled but don't force it.

I found mine on the front passenger side. Just pop open the panel and there it is. Changed the pink fuse and got it going again.
