| My 91 Hiace suddenly has no rear lights. Brake lights and signals are fine. I have no instruction book or the likes. where do I locate the likely culprit......Thanks | |

| hi my SC switches do not illuminate when driving with lights on as they are all at this state I assume it is a sercuite problem rather than just bulbs in the switches any Ideas. | |

There may be a fuse layout on this site, but I think your best bet is to take to cover off because there should be a map of the fuses under there. The way to get to it is to open the door wide, move the seat back all the way and stand on the ground outside. A powerful LED torch will help show up the broken fuse without having to remove them all to check as the fusible bit should be visible in the middle of each fuse. It's not a good position - you are right. Let us know how you get on.. | |

So are none of the fuses in the panel blown at all? There are a couple of big fuses next to the battery +ve terminal, might be worth checking there too. Can you list all the lights that don't work and do work? I.e. Indicators Reversing Brake Tail Fog Headlamps Sidelights Dash lamps Instrument cluster lights. Interior lights And does everything else work? | |

| Hi nearly everything electrical is working just the three switch lights near heater controls they work but doe not illuminate not good driving in the dark. PS have now got ECT switch to eliminate the top just pops of and reveals a bulb moved it now it works, bulb in side of hazard switch is dud £7.00 from Toyota £2 for 10 on ebay fingers crossed 2 down 1 to go thanks for the interest we live and learn. | |
