| Hi all,
I have noticed "ECT PWR" lit up on my dash.
As the odometer recently clocked over the 200000km mark, would this be the timing belt reminder or is it something else?
regards,
Werner | |

| Electronically controlled transmission - there will be a switch it was in the centre console on the sloping away forward part with ECT on it. Just press to turn off. With it in it will hold it in gear longer for that fast getaway! | |

| Thanks Clive, that did the trick. Must have accidentally hit it (or my mechanic did on the last service). | |

| No problem.
I found no use for it other than making the fuel gauge move faster, perhaps in a Supra it makes a difference? | |
