satnav / fm radio setup for australia !??

Hi all ... im lookng at a couple of vans - im in brisbane aus -a super custom and an Elgrande .... and i was wndering what the go woulld be with getting the satnav to work in aus ... the fm radio also on one only goes to 90 something !! how would a guy get the radio and satnav sorted ??? cheers

radio is easy just need a band expander attached to the radio and bob's your uncle as for the sat nav sorry no idea

the sat nav is all in japanese.... am hoping i can load some local s/ware ....tho i see for @$100 theres some guys in melbourne selling nav units fully loaded- 5". with reverse camera etc. for $100.... 7" for $120 ..... but would be nice to have the in dash pop up unit going i reckon !
