| Yes we have no problem in Australia with the choice of wheel. the other vehicles to consider are some earlier american Fords, I believe they are 5 x 114.3 | |

| Hi Guys
Just aqcuired a set of 18" rims for my hiace 18" 8J 35 offset 5 stud
..can anyone tell me what tyre size I should opt for. Im worried that I wont get body clearance if the tyre wall is too high with the rims being so large.
secondly..there is lots of talk on here about lowering the hiace sc..but nobody says what's involved..how do you go about lowering the front and the rear suspension set ups?
finally any good web shops for custom parts that you know of?
cheers Mark | |

| If you are wanting to fit Altezza wheels you may have to get the centres drilled to clear the hub. Rex | |

I'm looking for a spare for a 1980 Hiace. The existing 4 alloys are wearing 185R14C tyres on a wheel with 5 studs that appears to be pcd 114.3 mm offset 27 mm. Inside the wheel the label appears to be 5 1/2 JJ 14 27 and the distance from mounting plate to centre of the wheel is 27 mm. An exact match for a spare isn't essential but it would need to fit. Looking up on wheelsizedotcom it suggests your model would have had offset 35 mm on 14 inch wheels??? which would be OK. | |

| Just make sure they can carry the weight, and that you tell your insurance.
